Our co-founder and managing director Sébastien Bron was on the set of La Télé's Entrepreneurs program to explain how our solution works and our commitment to reducing heating system consumption and emissions.
In this programme focusing on the energy transition, Sébastien had the opportunity to discuss the issue with Bertrand Piccard and Chantal Robin from the CCIF. On this occasion, Bertrand Piccard raised the multiple facets of the solutions being developed and put into action today to move towards a sustainable future. While technological contributions are helping to speed up the process, the issue as a whole needs to integrate all areas of sustainable development to form a coherent strategy.
Referring to the projects and companies accredited by Solar Impulse, Bertrand Piccard pointed out that yord is part of the type of initiatives incorporating ‘common sense and intelligence’ that are needed today to implement the energy transition. Our optimiser, which has since been awarded the Foundation's seal of approval, offers a short-term, efficient solution to the problem of wasted heating energy.
